Colored Stone Jewelry: Mix dish soap with seltzer water. Brush the stone and setting using a soft toothbrush, rinse under running water then pat dry with a soft cloth.

Emerald Jewelry: Use warm water, soapy water or a warm soapy cloth. Do not soak emeralds in soapy water to avoid reaction from any harsh chemicals.
